Ayushmann Khurrana transformation for Bala is phenomenal; Watch video

After transforming into a woman for his latest film Dream Girl, Ayushmann is all set to take up his next challenge. The National Film award recipient will be seen next in the film Bala, where he plays the character of a balding man. The role demanded Khurrana have less hair as the story of the film revolves around the topic of premature balding. Ayushmann Khurrana took to his social media to reveal the process of attaining the look.

The video gives a glimpse into behind the scenes of the movie, as well as talks about the transformation. The video is a guide of all the three looks sported by Ayushmann Khurrana in the upcoming movie. The cast and crew are seen having a good time in between shots. Each of the three looks is categorised as Handsome Bala, Bechara Bala and Bala Ka Bol Bala. Behind the scenes video shows the immense hard work put in by the makeup and hairdressers into perfecting the look. Ayushmann Khurrana too looked involved as he tried to give his inputs for the look. He is also seen dancing between the takes and making everyone laugh.

The cast and crew of Bala have been extensively promoting the movie. Bala has been subjected to a lot of controversies and the makers of the movie have been going back and forth with the release date of the film. It was initially revealed that the movie will release on November 22, 2019 which was then shifted to November 15, 2019. November 7, 2019 was then revealed to be the final release date of the movie. However, according to recent updates, November 7, 2019, will be the date for a special screening of the movie and the film will hit the theatres on November 8, 2019.

The film- Bala revolves around the concept of premature balding and how men deal with it. Ayushmann Khurrana starrer has two leading ladies who play a pivotal role in the movie. Vicky Donor actor Yami Gautam and Shubh Mangal Saavdhan actor Bhumi Pednekar are a part of the film. The movie is directed by Amar Kaushik and produced by Dinesh Vijan's Maddock Films and Jio Studios.
