Bala star Ayushmann Khurrana shares hilarious message through his cap
'Bala' star Ayushmann Khurrana shared a message on his cap as he was spotted at the airport. The caption read that he had forgotten his hair in another cap.
Ayushmann Khurrana will seek to end this year on a high. The actor, who had a dream 2019 till now, with the critically acclaimed Article 15 and the biggest commercial hit of his career, Dream Girl, would surely love to finish it with a hat-trick with Bala. The movie has been generating a lot of buzz ever since the launch of the initial posters, the teaser and the trailer. The actor is ensuring that this hype surrounding the release continues even at the airport. The Vicky Donor star had a fun way to poke fun at his character’s baldness in the movie, with a fun caption on his cap, about leaving his hair behind in another cap.
Ayushmann Khurrana has been on a promotion spree for Bala. Amid the promotions, he was seen exiting the Mumbai airport, dressed in a loose-fitting black and white attire. What stood out, however, was his cap. The cap had the caption, “I left my hair in my other cap.” The Dum Laga Ke Haisha star was seen bowing his head and pointing to the caption on his cap as the paparazzi gathered. The symbol of the bald head as seen in the initial posters, was seen at the back of the cap as well. One must say, it is a smart way to promote even ‘on the run.’
Bala
Meanwhile, apart from hype for Bala, the movie has landed in a controversy as well. The makers of another film that deals with a similar plot of a balding man, Ujda Chaman, have been fuming at the team of Bala. They were unhappy about Bala shifting its release date to a day before theirs to November 7. They have now advanced the release date to November 1. As per reports, they have also moved the court alleging copyright violation related to the controversy, asking for the release to be stalled.
Bala also stars Bhumi Pednekar and Yami Gautam, Ayushmann’s co-stars from his two popular films, Dum Laga Ke Haisha and Vicky Donor. The movie also stars stars Saurabh Shukla, Seema Pahwah, Jaaved Jaaferi, Abhishek Banerjee, among others. The film has been directed by Stree fame Amar Kaushik and produced by Dinesh Vijan’s Maddock Films.
