Christmas is an annual festival of Christians who commemorate the birth of Jesus Christ on this special occasion. The festival is all about celebrating and spending some quality time with friends and family. The festival is incomplete without some mouthwatering desserts. Here’s a list of some special desserts for Christmas.
Christmas Fudge
The texture of fudge is very soft. It melts in your mouth, which is unbelievably good. The base layer is made up of chocolate fudge and adding a layer of some white chocolate fudge makes it extra special while remaining really easy to prepare for the special occasion. Just be sure to throw in some sprinkles at the very end, after making the white chocolate layer so they don’t melt.
Bread Pudding
This dessert is popular around the globe and is an iconic Christmas dessert. The dish is prepared with some stale bread, milk or cream, sugar, eggs, and a form of fat such as oil or butter. The dish is very soft and mouth-watering and just melts in your mouth as soon as you eat it.
Gingerbread
The dish is flavoured with syrup topped with some ginger to enhance the flavoured of the special dish. This dish has a vague history because it was initially used to create news displays by pressing the rolled dough into carved wooden moulds before baking. It often showed the portrait of a new king, a religious symbol, or some other important image
Apple Pie
This desert can be termed as one of the most popular and classic desserts and mainly consists of apple. The slightly crunchy outer crust of the pie blends in perfectly with the sweet and soft apple filling.
