Dabangg 3: Salman Khan's movie promotions to begin with a bang

Salman Khan is prepping up for his upcoming venture Dabangg 3. On the auspicious occasion of Dussehra, the makers of the Dabangg sequel had taken to social media to reveal the first look of the film's villain Sudeep Kiccha as Balli. Sudeep is a celebrated Kannada actor known for his performances in Eega (2012), Sparsha (2000), Kiccha (2003), and Maathali (2010) among others. The Nandhi actor is all set to lock horns with Salman in his Bollywood debut film.

Salman Khan announces the shooting wrap up of Dabangg 3

Salman will once again play police officer Chulbul Pandey and Sudeep will play Balli, the nemesis of Pandey. Standing amidst the blazing red background, Sudeep seems furious in the first look poster of Dabangg 3. On Monday, the Tiger Zinda Hai actor announced the wrap up of the movie's shooting.

The video shared on the birth anniversary of the late veteran actor Vinod Khanna, includes Salman standing with the entire team of Dabangg 3. Khanna had played the role of Salman's father in the previous two instalments of the Dabangg series. Now, the role of Prajapati Pandey will be played by Vinod Khanna’s brother Pramod Khanna.

Dabangg 3 promotions

The promotions of Dabangg 3 have begun with enormous vigour. The Bharat actor has posted an Instagram video announcing the same. Salman has revealed that he will be promoting Dabangg 3 in his Chulbul Pandey avatar, wearing his typical police uniform. This quirky video attracted a lot of comments from his fans.

About the cast

Helmed by Prabhu Deva, the third sequence of the 2010 cop drama Dabangg stars Salman Khan, Sonakshi Sinha, Arbaaz Khan, and Mahie Gill. The actors will reprise their earlier roles from the previous instalments of Dabangg. Moreover, Saiee Manjrekar, who is the daughter of actor-director Mahesh Manjrekar, will make her debut in this action film.

Produced under the banners of Arbaaz Khan Productions, Salman Khan Films and Saffron Broadcast & Media, the film is slated to release on December 20, 2019.
