She has often spoken about the phase when she was suffering from depression. In 2015, she had revealed that during the shoot of her film 'Happy New Year', she was struggling to go for work each day. It was after she broke out in front of her mother, did she seek professional help from a doctor suggested by her mother. Details Here Previously, while talking at the press conference at FICCI (Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and industry) Flo in Delhi about her depression phase she said that coping with mental illness affects both the individuals and members of their immediate family. She said that there was not much information available from where she could learn and equip herself.
