Deepika Padukone stunned everybody on the red carpet of the Jio MAMI Mumbai Film Festival with her ensemble dress. The actor chose a Marmar Halim polka-dotted off-shoulder dress for the occasion. Deepika Padukone has been assigned as the new chairperson of the Film Festival and has replaced director Kiran Rao for the post. Celebrity stylist Shaleen Athani styled the actor for the first day of the event. Deepika Padukone’s makeup for the occasion was pretty natural with a subtle cat-eye and nude lips. The actor glowed on the red carpet of the film festival.

This initiative by Deepika Padukone recently won the Dr. Guislain Award for Breaking the Chains of Stigma. The actor shared a video of her expressing her gratitude for the honour. Currently, Deepika is working on her film Chhappak alongside actor Vikram Massey. She will also be part of Kabir Khan directed film ’83. Deepika will be portraying the role of Kapil Dev’s wife in the film, whereas real-life husband and actor Ranveer Singh will be playing the role of Kapil Dev.
