Dil Bechara will release on 29th November this year. The film is an Indian adaptation of the book and film by the same name that is The Fault in our Stars.
The Fault in our Stars is a romantic novel by John Green. The original book is about Hazel and Augustus. Hazel is a teenager who wants to live a normal life but cannot do so due to her complications from lung cancer. She has to attend a cancer support group but is critical about attending the support group but later attends it for her mother. Augustus has osteosarcoma, bone cancer, but he recovers from it completely. They cross paths in the cancer support group.
The novel is about two people falling in love and separation. They plan a trip to Amsterdam to meet their favourite writer. During the trip, they discover their love for each other. Hazel later suffers from a series of ailments due to her condition. She is hospitalized for a period of time. In those days Augustus does not leave her side. She realizes that despite the odds love is in her favour. The love story takes a turn when Hazel is separated from Augustus due to unprecedented events. Hazel has to face a lot of uncertainities. The book was a reader’s favourite and was best-selling according to reports. It was later adapted into a movie and the lead role was played by Shailene Woodley and Ansel Elgort. The film was directed by Josh Boone.

The Indian adaptation of the book and the film is slated to release this November 29, 2019. The lead role is played by Sushant Singh Rajput and Sanjana Sanghi. The characters will be renamed as Kizie and Manny. Mukesh Chhabra is directing the Indian version of the fault in our stars. Taran Adarsh of the film fraternity took to Twitter to congratulate The Fault In Our Stars team for completing five years.
