Dostana 2: Janhvi, Kartik, and Lakshya start preparing for the film

Janhvi Kapoor, Kartik Aaryan, and debutant Laksh Lalwani have started preparing for their roles for Dharma Productions' next, Dostana 2. The movie is reported to be the sequel to the 2008 hit movie, Dostana. Directed by debutant Collin D'Cunha, the makers shared some glimpses of the lead actors' preparation. Have a look at them:

The makers of the film, in a media interview, revealed some interesting details about the film. Reportedly, the makers of the movie are currently deciding the look of their lead cast and expect to start the shooting in the first week of November. Reportedly, the first schedule of the movie will be shot in North India. Later, the film's team is also said to shoot overseas. The makers had previously uploaded a short video about the premise of the movie. Here is the video:

The first film in the franchise, Dostana, was directed by Tarun Mansukhani. The movie, starring Priyanka Chopra, John Abraham and Abhishek Bachchan in the lead was one of the highest box office grossers that year. The story narrates the tale of two guys, played by John and Abhishek, pretending to be gay to secure an apartment in Miami.
