There is no one in this world who can lead a happy life without friends as we need certain people in our lives to whom we can share our problems, sorrows, happiness, secrets and all. 1) 'Yaaron Dosti' By KK: 'Teri Har Ek Buraai Pe Daante Woh Dost, Gum Ki Ho Dhoop To Saaya Bane Tera Woh Dost, Naache Bhi Woh Teri Khushi Mein'. Yes, this is what friendship actually means and this heartwarming song by KK has defined friendship in the best way possible. This song is from the 1999 movie 'Rockford', which was directed by Nagesh Kukunoor. The song became a huge success in the 90's and is still remembered by fans. The soulful track was composed by ‎Shankar Ehsaan Loy.
2) 'Roobaroo' by Nipun Iyer: This song is from Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra's blockbuster movie,'Rang De Basanti' and was one of the hit songs of 2006. This beautiful track was composed by music maestro A. R. Rahman. The video of the song was an emotional one where all the friends come together to protest against the governance of our country as the system was responsible for their friend's sudden death. This song was seen at the end of the movie.
3) 'Dil Chahta Hai' by Shankar Mahadevan: The title track of the 2001 classic cult 'Dil Chahta Hai' is one of the ideal songs for celebrating friendship day. The entire movie revolved around the ups and downs, which comes in the relationship between three best friends. The entire song was shot in Goa and the theme of the song is so similar to the reality as this is what friends do. Best friends don't plan for a trip, they just randomly decide to leave for any trip.
4) 'Jaane Kyu' by Vishal Dadlani: This song is so relatable to our life as whenever we feel lonely or want to share our problems with someone, we search for our very close friends because we feel that 'Jaane Kyu Dil Jaanta Hai, Tu Hai Toh I'L Be Alright'. This track is from Karan Johar's 2008 movie 'Dostana'.
5) 'Jaane Nahin Denge Tujhe' by Sonu Nigam: This song is extremely close to our heart indeed. The song is from the 2009 blockbuster film '3 idiots' and it was picturized on the lead cast of the film, Aamir Khan, R. Madhavan, and Sharman Joshi. In the song, it's shown, that an injured Sharman Joshi is taken to hospital by his two best friends, Aamir Khan and R. Madhavan. and they are seen trying their best to save Sharman from dying.
