From The First Meeting To Wedding Day Ralph Lauren Couture Was Always A Constant For Priyanka Chopra And Nick Jonas

Seems like Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra and American vocalist Nick Jonas are finally man and wife. As per PEOPLE, the couple exchanged vows in a Christian wedding ceremony on Saturday, December 1.

Meanwhile, designer Ralph Lauren has also confirmed the news with heartwarming social media posts. For the ceremony, the bride and groom wore custom Ralph Lauren outfits and their wedding bands were by Chopard.

As per the designer, Priyanka looked magnificent in a custom-made wedding gown and Nick sported a custom Purple Lable tuxedo. Priyanka and Nick made their first public appearance together in MET Gala 2017 wearing Ralph Lauren designers. The pair also attended the 50th Anniversary of the label just following their engagement.

Reminiscing the journey of the couple, the designer shared another post where the pair is featured from the very first day of their meeting. He captioned the picture saying, " Newlyweds @PriyankaChopra and @NickJonas shared the spotlight for the first time as guests of Ralph Lauren at the 2017 #MetGala. Nick wore Purple Label, and Priyanka’s dress was a one-of-a-kind Ralph Lauren creation, as were both looks designed for the couple’s recent nuptials."

Ahead of the wedding, The palace looked beautiful in daylight, but it adorned a magnificent look in the evening. A video of the palace wonderfully lit up in gold has been going viral on social media and IT looked like a true monument. 

The couple reached Jodhpur in a charter plane and on their way out of the airport were surrounded by the media persons.  As the scene got slightly chaotic, Nick is seen asking the crowd to take it easy, while Peecee is seen holding her fiance’s arm on the way out. The couple didn’t pose or acknowledge the media present at the venue, unlike their warm acknowledgment of the paparazzi in Mumbai earlier in the day. Priyanka also didn’t answer when asked how excited she is for her marriage. However, she is seen saying ‘Sambhal ke’ (take care) to the crowd as the number of persons increased.    

The wedding customs had started on November 28 with a puja held at Peecee’s previous home. The Mehendi and the Sangeet reportedly took place on November 29. The wedding will be followed by two receptions, to be held in Mumbai and Delhi later.
