Frozen 2: Mahesh Babu's daughter Sitara to dub for baby Elsa

Frozen 2 is the second installment of the 2013 hit movie, Frozen. The movie was widely accepted both internationally and domestically. Frozen 2 will not only be released in English but also in various different languages like Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu. Telugu actor Mahesh Babu’s daughter Sitara Ghattamaneni is also set to make her debut in Indian cinema by lending voice for the character of Baby Elsa in the Telugu dubbed version of Frozen 2.  The movie is slated to hit the theatres on November 22. Film critic Taran Adarsh made this announcement on Twitter.

In a recent interview, Namrata Shirodkar, wife of Mahesh Babu was asked about Sitara lending her voice for the character. She said that Sitara has grown up to the tale of Elsa and she has always idolised Elsa.  She was so in love with the movie that when she was offered to voice young Elsa, there was no way she could turn it down, as added by Namrata. She said that Sitara is very happy to be a part of the movie and she had also enjoyed voicing her favourite character.

Nithya Menen as grown-up Elsa

Earlier, it was revealed that Nithya Menen would be the voice of the grown-up character of Elsa in the Telugu adaptation of the movie. Walt Disney Studios made the announcement on Twitter. Nithya Mene is a South Indian actress who predominantly features in South Indian films.
