Frozen 2: Parineeti Chopra opens up on real-to-reel bond with Priyanka

The Chopra sisters recently hopped on board their first project together. Parineeti and Priyanka will be the voices of the two sisters in the Hindi version of Frozen 2. The Oscar-winning animated movie is all set to release its sequel on the big screen. The film shall be released in multiple languages, one being Hindi. Priyanka shall lend her voice to the elder Frozen sister, Elsa and Parineeti will do the same for the younger sister, Anna. The sisters did not hesitate to grab the opportunity since they connect with their characters.

Parineeti took the chance to share about her bond with elder sister, Priyanka Chopra. Parineeti reportedly shared during an interview that her bond with 'Mimi didi' is quite like the ones shared by the two sisters, Anna and Elsa, in the film. The sisterhood that they share shall be reflected in the characters that they lend their voices to, as per reports. Parineeti reportedly feels that she greatly identifies with Anna, and hence graciously accepted the role, while Priyanka is much like Elsa, as she possesses all the elder-sisterly traits. Parineeti shared during an interview with a news agency that her bond with Priyanka is strong and unique.

Parineeti also said that she loved the process of lending her voice to Anna since the first sequel of the film was one of her absolute favourites and she never thought she’d be dubbing for Anna one day. Parineeti also stated that doing a voice-over for a film about sisters with her real sister was the real cherry on top. She revealed that she is super-excited for the release and the audience response.

Parineeti has been extremely occupied lately with her upcoming Hindi film, which is famous badminton player Saina Nehwal’s biopic. To do justice to the role, Parineeti is undergoing intense training in the sport. Meanwhile Priyanka Chopra’s film, The Sky is Pink recently hit the box-office. Both sisters have been tied up with new ventures of their own, but are also excited about Frozen 2. The animated Disney film is scheduled to release on November 22.
