Hrithik's major transformation for Guzaarish
Reportedly, Hrithik did thorough research on the disorder to make sure he looked absolutely convincing in the role. Hrithik took his role very seriously and even read up on paraplegia and watched videos to understand and study their mannerisms and behaviour. In fact, he even visited several people affected by the disease to get a first-hand account of their experiences.
The actor was supposed to be in a wheelchair for a major portion of the movie. Hrithik used to practice around in his house in a wheelchair and also had read and gone through booklets and guides which gave him information about the physical behaviour of such patients. All his prep made the character look convincing and one could see him living the role.

For Super 30, he lost weight and learned Bihari accent to essay real-life character of mathematician Anand Kumar.
