'I was in love with a Muslim guy, my father slapped me and told me that the guy I loved was a terrorist': Hrithik Roshan's sister Sunaina Roshan makes shocking disclosures after Kangana Ranaut-Rangoli's tweets

The ugly spat between two Bollywood celeb families that started with Hrithik Roshan and Kangana Ranaut three years ago escalated on Wednesday with their sisters at the centre-stage of controversy. 

Kangana's sister Rangoli Chandel claimed that Hrithik's sister Sunaina was being mistreated by her family on Wednesday (June 19) morning.

Confirming the same, Hrithik Roshan's sister spoke to Pinkvilla in an interview (June 20) and revealed some shocking details. She said, that she is living in 'hell as usual' and that she is aware that Rangoli tweeted and confirmed that the details tweeted by her were the truth and she wants the truth  to come out. 'I am fine with her tweeting', Sunaina said and further revealed that she will be meeting Rangoli and Kangana as they are helping her bring justice. 'I know this stance of mine will go against me but I don’t care…', Sunaina said.

Revealing more details about the man Sunaina Roshan is in love with, she said that her father (Rakesh Roshan) slapped her and told her that the Muslim guy Sunaina is in love with is a terrorist. But Hrithik Roshan's sister said: "Ruhail isn’t. If he was one, would he go scot-free and work in the media? Wouldn’t he have been behind bars?They don’t want me to meet him. I don’t know about marriage but right now I want to be with Ruhail. Just because he is Muslim, they cannot accept him. If he was a terrorist, why would he be open in the media? Why would he be all over Google?."

Sunaina disclosed that she met Ruhail through Facebook last year and didn't save his number on her phone because she didn't want her parents to find out. She later shifted out of her parent's home and started living in a hotel apartment but came back later. Hrithik Roshan's sister is in love with a journalist called Ruhail Amin. ' I didn’t want to talk about this but I want them to accept Ruhail right now because they are making my life hell and I cannot tolerate it…," Sunaina told Pinkvilla.

Talking about her brother Hrithik Roshan's point of view on Ruhail, Sunaina said: "Hrithik has no take as he is under my father’s guidance right now. Nobody is okay with my relationship, neither Hrithik nor my father. Hrithik had promised me that he would get me a house of my own, wherever that I wanted in Mumbai, but he has not done that. When I found a rented apartment for myself in Lokhandwala, he said it’s too expensive for me. Is 2.5 lakhs rent too expensive for him? I don’t think so. He didn’t stick to his words. Everybody is harassing me today," as quoted by the entertainment portal.

Sunaina Roshan further said that two days back when she asked her parents for some money to run expenses for entire month, they refused and only gave her Rs. 50,000. ' I am their daughter. Am I not entitled to have more money being a Roshan?', Sunaina said.

Concluding her stance about this 'unfortunate situation', Sunaina said that she got in touch with Kangana to ask for help because Kangana represents women power, according to her. ' I support women power and I support Kangana today. Kangana is a woman and she has the right to ask for help and so do I. She wants justice and so do I.', Sunaina said.

Sunaina also clarified that she doesn't know what happened between Hrithik and Kangana but she said that 'there cannot be any smoke without fire'. Sunaina Roshan made it clear that she was friends with Kangana earlier and she is fond of her.

'Two years ago, when she won a national award, I messaged her, she told me ‘Don’t be friends with me or be in touch because of the family,’ and I was wondering what was happening as I wasn’t aware of what was happening. Nobody told me. That’s when I asked my family what is going on and if my brother has any proof, tell him to put it out into the open. Why is he hiding the proof?', Sunaina Roshan was quoted in an interview.

Chandel, who is active on social media on behalf of her actor sister, reiterated her earlier claim that Sunaina was in touch with them and had contacted Kangana seeking her help. 

Hrithik's former wife Sussanne Khan said, "As a part of my experience with all concerned and in my life span of being a part of this close-knit family, I know Sunaina to be extremely loving, warm, caring person, who is in an unfortunate situation. 

"Sunaina's father is undergoing a major health crisis. Her mother is herself vulnerable to say the least. Please respect a family's tough period, each family goes through such times. I needed to say this as someone who has been a part of this family for long," she added in an Instagram post. 

On Tuesday, a Twitter account of Sunaina, not verified but followed by Hrithik, created a stir online with this post -- "I support Kangana all through."

The handle also said, "And living in hell continues... gosh I'm tired." 

In 2016, Kangana and Hrithik slapped each other with legal notices. Kangana claimed they had a relationship and he had promised to marry her. He denied it and said they were just work colleagues. Hrithik also demanded a public apology from the "Queen" star.

The two had worked together in "Kites".

The spat has played out in the media for three years, and still continues.
