IN PICS: Kareena Kapoor Khan Wecomes Diwali In Style With Her Girl Gang

Kareena Kapoor Khan is always known to be the 'Queen of Style' and no matter what she wears, the actress looks absolutely ethereal. Fashion designer and Kareena's friend Masaba Gupta shared pictures of the actress on the photo-sharing app, Instagram, calling her 'silent muse', and praising her for opting to wear a light Chanderi saree, when everyone around her was wearing to 'shimmer and shine' at Diwali parties In the picture Kareena as seen wearing a white saree with large polka dots and a golden border. She completed the look with a black bindi and large earrings.

Designer Masaba Gupta captioned the picture as ''“I’ve always taken great pride in my sarees. They’re meant to be easygoing yet opulent. Comfortable yet luxe. And I am so happy Kareena chose to wear this chanderi printed number amidst the shimmer & shine this Diwali,”

Also spotted at the party with her was her husband Saif Ali Khan, her sister Karisma Kapoor and her friend Amrita Arora. Saif was seen in a red silk kurta while Karisma was seen in a suit and Amrita wore a white top with a pink lehenga.

Earlier, Kareena and Saif were spotted with their son Taimur. The family was out for a meal when they were clicked by the shutterbugs. The couple attended their anniversary celebrations of Prithvi theatre too on Monday morning. 

On the work front, Kareena Kapoor Khan will soon be seen alongside Akshay Kumar in 'Good News' and in Karan Johar's 'Takht', that stars Ranveer Singh, Ali Bhatt among others. The actress was last seen in Veere Di Wedding alongside Shikha Talsania, Sonam Kapoor and Swara Bhasker.
