They are both known for exploring various genres and performing brilliantly. Both Irrfan Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui are internationally famous. Irrfan started his international career in 2001 with The Warrior movie, while Nawazuddin started his with British Crime Television series McMafia. Both the actors have tried their hand at romantic genre movies, with Nawazuddin’s Manjhi - The Mountain Man and Irrfan’s Piku. The net worth of Irrfan khan is $50 million, while that of Nawazuddin is $20 million.

When it comes to social media, there is a difference between their online presence. Nawazuddin has about 2.1 million followers on Instagram, while Irrfan Khan has only 263 thousand followers. Nawazuddin is in the lead even on twitter, he enjoys a following of about 2.7 million followers. Irrfan, on the other hand, has only 2.23 million followers on Twitter. On Facebook, Irrfan is on the lead. Irrfan Khan has a whopping number of 3 million followers, while Nawazuddin has only 2.1 million followers.

Awards and Accolades

Over the years, both Irrfan Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui have bagged numerous awards. Ranging from the Filmfare to IIFA, to screen awards, the actors have it all. In 2012, Irrfan Khan won the 60th National Film Award for Best Actor, for the movie Paan Singh Tomar. While, Nawazuddin Siddiqui won the 60th National Film Award – Special Jury Award the same year for his movies Gangs of Wasseyur, Dekh Indian Circus, Kahaani and Talaash. Irrfan Khan has also been awarded the fourth highest civilian award in India, the Padma Shri award in 2011.

The two have ventured outside Bollywood and reached global audiences. Both have their own unique way of portraying a character and their personalities play a huge role in how they see the character they are asked to play. Irrfan Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui were seen together in Karan Johar’s Lunchbox, nearly six years ago. Though there are rumours about the phenomenal actors coming together to act in another movie, nothing has been confirmed yet.
