The movie Jab we Met released in 2007 saw a huge success post which the loving couple separated their way apart. Directed by Imtiaz Ali, the film saw the end of the real-life lovers but their pair will be remembered forever. Shahid and Kareena were supposed to be seen in Milenge Milenge, despite the movie being filmed before Jab We Met, Milenge Milenge released much later. They were seen together in Udta Punjab last, where they were not cast opposite each other.
