Karisma Kapoor has left a profound mark in the mind of every 90s kid with some memorable films of hers. The actor also shares some throwback pictures of herself from some of her earlier films which definitely makes everyone nostalgic. Karisma recently shared a super sultry picture of herself which sees her chilling on her pool. Lolo can be seen looking radiant in a black bikini. The whole picture is giving out some major weekend vibes. Malaika Arora, who is one of Karisma's best friends, also could not control herself from commenting on the lovely post. The Raja Hindustani actor always manages to keep her instagram game on point.

Karisma revealed in an interview that her mother Babita Kapoor had always kept her grounded

The 45-year-old actor recently shared some snippets from her life story with a popular social media portal. She went on to say that how her mother, yesteryear actor Babita Kapoor managed to keep her and her sister Kareena Kapoor Khan grounded in life. She further added that this aspect of her mother was extremely motivating for her. The Biwi No 1 actor also went on to say that even being from an illustrious family, their mother made them lead a simple life. The actor said that she used to travel to school by bus and commute to college through local trains.

Karisma was last seen in the film Dangerous Isshq

Karisma further added that her mother taught her to be grounded as well as stay honest to her roots. She also made an interesting revelation and said that her mother was always supportive towards her passion for acting. The actor has carved a remarkable niche for herself in Bollywood over the years. She appeared in notable films like Raja Hindustani, Coolie No 1, Dil Toh Pagal Hain, Hum Saath Saath Hain, Zubeida, Andaz Apna Apna and Judwa. Her last Bollywood venture was the film Dangerous Ishhq. The film released in the year 2012. The film reportedly tanked at the box office but Karisma's performance received appreciation from the viewers. The actor also went on to do a cameo appearance in the film Zero. The fans are surely waiting for her comeback on the big screen. But she does keep her fans entertained with her lovely instagram posts.
