Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 update: Kartik Aaryan starrer ready to go on floors in march this year

Bhool Bhulaiyaa is one of the much-loved franchises in the Bollywood. The second instalment of the series was the breakthrough at the box office for the Hindi cinema post-COVID. The 2022 film featured Kartik Aaryan, Tabu and Kiara Advani as the main leads.  The film received positive feedback from the audience which prompted the makers to announce its third instalment and now the film is set to go on floors.

Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 to go on the floor

Director Anees Bazmee and Kartik Aaryan are teaming up once again. T-Series, the production house that backed Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 took to Instagram on January 5 to share a picture of producer Bhushan Kumar, director Anees Bazmee and Kartik Aaryan having a hearty laugh amid the trio's conversation.

In the caption of the post, T-Series revealed that the film is set to go on floors in March 2024. "The third instalment of your favourite horror-comedy franchise is set to go on floors this March," the caption read.

After the announcement, fans flooded the comment section of the post. One of the users commented, "Rooh Baba Back soon”.

Bhool Bhulaiyaa to be released in 2025

Last year in a conversation with Pinkvilla, Bhushan Kumar shared that they were figuring out the gap between part 2 and part 3. The producer also shared that they are planning to release the film in 2025. 

According to Bollywood Hungama, the film's third part will reportedly have Sara Ali Khan as the female lead. The source told the media portal that both the actors are great friends and they are looking to extend the friendship forward into the professional front. However, the announcement of the cast details in the film is expected to be out soon.

The horror-comedy franchise began in 2007 starring Akshay Kumar, Shiney Ahuja and Vidya Balan in the lead. Bhool Bhulaiyaa is the official remake of the 2005 Tamil film Chandramukhi featuring Rajinikanth.
