Kartik Aaryan reacts to Sara Ali Khan, Ananya Panday link-up rumours

It was a few months ago that the ‘mystery girl’ in Kartik Aaryan became a talking point. The actor was snapped for regular dates with a girl, whose identity was later revealed as Dimple Sharma. This was just after the release of Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety. However, things changed for the actor, not just on the personal front, but also on the professional front with the massive success of the Luv Ranjan movie. On one hand, he suddenly became the blue-eyed boy of Bollywood, signing multiple films, Dimple Sharma went completely out of the picture for Kartik Aaryan. The Pyaar Ka Punchnama star started getting linked to his leading ladies. Of late, the actor is being rumoured to be dating his co-stars Sara Ali Khan and Ananya Panday. Kartik, however, said that the link-up rumours have become a part of life, and that he is only focused on his career at the moment.

When asked about the relationship rumours in an interview with a magazine, Kartik said he didn’t give attention to such rumours, as it has now become a part of his life. The actor stated that his career is the only priority for him right now. The Luka Chuppi star he was in a ‘happy space’, both on the professional and personal fronts.

Professional front 

Kartik is gearing up for films with both Ananya Panday and Sara Ali Khan at the moment. He will first feature with Ananya in Pati Patni Aur Woh in December. He will then be seen opposite Sara in Imtiaz Ali’s next film, rumoured to be the sequel of Love Aaj Kal, on Valentine’s Day next year. On audiences already being excited with his pairing with both the youngsters, Kartik replied that it was ‘flattering’ to know about the fans’ excitement for him. Expressing his delight for the appreciation, he also stated that he hoped his chemistry with his co-stars in both the movies are appreciated.

Kartik was rumoured to be dating Sara Ali Khan during the shoot of Imtiaz Ali’s next. It had all started when Sara on Koffee with Karan, said she wants to date Kartik. He had even surprised Sara for her birthday by going all the way to Thailand, where she was shooting then. He was similarly spotted on ‘dates’ with Ananya Panday, after which the rumour mills went on an overdrive.
