Raabta (2017)

Although Raabta did not successfully create an impact, it reportedly deepened the friendship bond between Kriti Sanon and Sushant Singh Rajput. Released in 2017, Raabta is a romantic drama with a flair of mystery. The movie did not create a bang at the box office but Kriti’s acting skills were hugely appreciated. Bareilly Ki Barfi (2017)

With its theatrical release, Bareilly Ki Barfi received an excellent response for the stars’ acting as well as the storyline. Directed by Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari, Bareilly Ki Barfi is a romantic comedy which stars Ayushmann Khurrana, Rajkumar Rao and Kriti Sanon in lead roles. As the name suggests, the movie is set in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh and revolves around the life of a young contemporary girl. This is one of the best performances of Kriti. She also won the Dadasaheb Phalke excellence award for her memorable performance in this film.

Lukka Chuppi is a romantic comedy which revolves around the life of two young lovers who struggle with society for their live-in relationship. The film stars Kriti Sanon and Kartik Aaryan in lead roles. The movie has an interesting concept of lovers and their stereotypical struggles with society. The movie is distinctive and is known for its hilarity. 

Kriti Sanon has played numerous roles in Indian cinema. She now has a strong standing in Bollywood and Telugu cinema. She is also starring in the upcoming movie, Housefull 4 alongside Akshay Kumar and Riteish Deshmukh. The movie set to release on October 26, 2019.
