Anushka Sharma Anushka Sharma’s father, Ajay Kumar, was a Major in the Indian Army. This is the reason why Anushka changed schools all the time. She reportedly admits that her strength and fitness comes from her army background. In an interview with a media publication, she said that because of her upbringing, she has a very conservative approach towards life. Her father L K Dutta is a retired Wing Commander. Her elder sister Sabrina also serves the Indian Air Force. She is also remembered for her movies which includes 'Masti', 'No Entry, 'Kaal', 'Partner', 'Hey Baby' amongst others. Preity Zinta The dimpled beauty of Bollywood, Preity Zinta, also has an army background. Her late father, Durganand Zinta, was an administrator in the Indian armed forces. Her elder brother Deepanker is currently working as a commissioned officer in the armed forces. She lost her father in the year 1998. Her father, Subir Sen, is a former Indian Air Force Wing Commander. She won the title of 'Miss Universe' in 1994 and later debuted in Bollywood with the film, Dastak in 1996. She studied in various air force schools across the country. Her army environment gave her confidence and made her successful today as an actor and also as a proud mother of two daughters.
