Manoj Bajpayee reveals not having dinner for 14 years, explains why he follows this lifestyle

Manoj Bajpayee follows a healthy diet and hasn't eaten dinner in 14 years. In a recent interview, the actor was asked if he has a special diet and if he exercises to get his abs. When you stop eating dinner, there are many illnesses that you save yourself from. I reduced my intake of food because I like food. You will wonder why? Because the lunch that I have, that’s great. Your mental health is just as important, abs aren’t the only important thing. If I decide that I want abs, then I will get there, but that’s not what I want. Because I want to do things like Joram, Bandaa, Gulmohar, Killer Soup, and just by making abs, I can’t do all of those roles."Manoj Bajpayee discusses Joram's box officeWhile the film is about to complete a month in theater, Manoj Bajpayee in an interview with Jist, discussed the box office performance of the film and said while gesturing at the audience, "Inmein se kisi ne nahi dekhi hogi (no one here must have watched Joram)." He further added, "I am telling you, it is a possibility.
