After the 2018 release Aiyaary, Sidharth Malhotra and Rakul Preet Singh are sharing screen space for the second time in Marjaavaan. Along with Sidharth and Rakul Preet, Riteish Deshmukh and newbie Tara Sutaria will also be seen in lead roles. Marjaavaan is also Riteish and Sidharth’s second collaboration after the Mohit Suri directorial, Ek Villain. Riteish will reportedly play a dwarf in this action drama.

Marjaavaan recreates song from Dayavan

According to reports Sidharth Malhotra will be grooving to a dance number in Marjaavaan which also features Nushrat Bharucha. The film will also use the track of Masakali by Sonam Kapoor from Delhi 6 which will feature Sidharth and Tara.  Apart from this, it has been reported that another old song will be recreated in the movie. The song is a track from Feroz Khan and Vinod Khanna starrer Dayavan called ‘Chahe Meri Jaan Tu Le Le’. The song had featured the actor Ramya Krishnan of Baahubali fame. In Marjaavaan they have altered the audio making it more contemporary for the audience's sensibilities. The track is titled ‘Haiya O Haiya’.

Rakul Preet is reportedly a good dancer and also plays a similar role in Marjaavaan. 'Haiya O Haiya' will apparently be her introductory song in the film. It will also feature Sidharth Malhotra. 'Haiya O Haiya' is said to capture an intimate moment between their characters.

The Milap Zaveri directorial is slated to release on November 8 this year. The trailer of Marjaavaan is out and expectations seem to be running high. John Abraham starrer Pagalpanti was also slated to release around this time. But John reportedly shifted the release to avoid a clash with Marjaavaan after being impressed by the trailer.
