After several delays, Metro...In Dino was scheduled to hit the big screens on November 29. However, no promotions for the film have begun yet and neither have the teaser or trailer been unveiled, leading to speculations of a delay in film release. The source claimed, "Anurag wasn't completely satisfied with how some scenes shaped up, especially given the emotional complexity that is crucial to each of the intertwined stories of the film." Because of this, it is also reported that Basu has delayed the commencement of his next with Kartik Aaryan.
