The film showed Nawazuddin Siddiqui and others depicting a vivid perspective on rural life. Poverty and inconveniences faced by the rural area residents was well portrayed by Nawazuddin. 

Faizal Khan in Gangs of Wasseypur (2012)

Anurag Kashyap’s Gangs of Wasseypur was a groundbreaking performance by NawazudinSiddiqui, as he played the role of Faizal Khan. His famous dialogue, “Sabka badla lega re tera faizal’ , still echoes in the audience's memory.
