Priyanka Chopra is ready to get back to the city of dreams Mumbai after a long span of time. Priyanka is not coming back to celebrate holidays or work but she has found a different reason to come back. After glorifying the events of Met Gala and her husband’s musical concerts with her presence, Priyanka is all set to be a part of first-ever NBA game to be held in Mumbai. The Padma Shri award winner made this announcement through Instagram and the fans are absolutely loving this.

NBA India

After Donald Trump’s iconic announcement about NBA India’s event at ‘Howdy Modi’, Indian basketball fans are extremely thrilled to experience the first-ever NBA match to be held at Mumbai.  Sacramento Kings and the Indiana Pacers will play two pre-season games against each other on Friday, October 4 and Saturday, October 5 at the Dome, NSCI, SVP Stadium. It is also reported that the NBA has invited 3,000 boys and girls from participating Reliance Foundation Jr. NBA schools in Mumbai to attend the first-ever grand basketball show. Priyanka Chopra has been the brand ambassador of the NBA India event and the actress is thrilled to come back to Mumbai.

Priyanka Chopra said “I have come back to my city. I have not come here for a holiday nor have I come here for my work. I have come back because something very big is going to happen in my city. This has not happened till date. Something that is hard to believe without seeing it. NBA is coming to India. This is going to happen in my city Mumbai”

Priyanka Chopra’s upcoming Hindi movie The Sky Is Pink is set to release on October 11. The movie is directed by Shonali Bose and will also feature Farhan Akhtar and Zaira Wasim in pivotal roles. After her marriage with Nick Jonas, the actress has not been seen doing a lot of Hindi films. However, it is good news for her fans that Priyanka Chopra is finally doing Hindi films and is coming back to Mumbai for an iconic event like the NBA game.
