Panipat: Character posters launched by Arjun Kapoor on social media

Panipat: The Great Betrayal is the latest historic period drama directed by Ashutosh Gowariker. Trailer for the film was recently released on YouTube and currently has over 35 million views. The promotion of the film has reportedly begun in full swing as it is scheduled to release under a month's time. The period drama film will be based on the life of Sadashiv Rao Bhau, the commander-in-chief in the third battle of Panipat. Arjun Kapoor shared character posters from the film on social media today, introducing the characters and cast of the film.

The first song from Panipat is all set to launch tomorrow. Character posters have been reportedly revealed as a teaser for the new song. It is titled Mard Maratha which is composed by music directors Ajay-Atul. Panipat: The Great Betrayal will reportedly feature a massive war sequence in its third act, as seen in the trailer. The film is scheduled to release on December 6, 2019.
