Parineeti Chopra: Upcoming movies of the Hasee Toh Phasee star

Parineeti Chopra is one of the most versatile actors of the Bollywood industry. She has dabbled with an array of genres and has managed to leave her mark in the industry. The actor celebrates her 31st birthday on October 22, 2019. She became a household name after her breakthrough movie Ishaqzaade opposite Arjun Kapoor. She has almost seven new movies coming up who are in different phases of production. Let's have a look at some of her upcoming movies.

Upcoming Movies

She will be seen opposite Arjun Kapoor in the Dibankar Banerjee directed movie Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar. The movie features both Arjun and Parineeti from two different parts of India and how they are different from one another but only unite in one thing. The movie was slated to release this year, however, the official release date of the movie has not been revealed yet. The Ishaqzaade pair will be reuniting on the silver screen after a long time.

She will also be seen in a thriller film named Mira which will hit the theatres next year. the movie will be directed by Ribhu Dasgupta, however, Parineeti’s role in the film has not been confirmed. She will be seen in Bhuj: Pride of India alongside Sonakshi Sinha, Ajay Devgn, Rana Duggubati and Sanjay Dutt. The movie is directed by Abhishek Dudhaiya and will hit the theatres on August 14, 2020.

She is currently filming for the movie Saina, which is the biography of the leading badminton player Saina Nehwal. The movie is directed by Amole Gupte, however, the official release date of the movie has not been revealed yet. Director Homi Adajania’s movie Takadum will feature Parineeti sharing the screen space with Sushant Singh Rajput and Irrfan Khan. The movie is in its pre-production phase and the official release date of the film has not been released.

Two of her movies have been announced. She will be seen in the second part of the Talvar franchise- Talvar 2. The movie is directed by Vishal Bhardwaj and will feature Parineeti with Angad Bedi and Jishu Sengupta. She will also be seen with Parmish Verma and Rahul Sharma in Zahoor. The movie is directed by Pankaj Batra. She has also lent her voice for Disney’s upcoming movie Frozen 2. Parineeti Chopra will dub for the role of Anna, while her cousin Priyanka Chopra Jonas will play the role of Elsa.
