Pati Patni Aur Woh: Kriti Sanon trolls Kartik Aaryan for his laughter

Kartik Aaryan aka Chintu Tyagi’s life is filled with chaos, as seen in the trailer of Pati Patni Aur Woh that was unveiled recently. Be it wooing his ‘Patni’ and managing the ‘Woh’ at the same time, there is a lot happening in his life. However, Chintu Tyagi’s two-timing is not the only unusual aspect about his character. With all the ‘golmaal’ taking place in his life, his funny laughter might have gone unnoticed. Kartik, too, is impressed by his character’s ‘squeaky’ laughter, and asked his fans to tag those who have a laughter like Chintu’s. Little did he expect that his own former co-star, Kriti Sanon would troll him, by stating that he didn’t laugh like that only on screen, but also off it.

Kartik Aaryan on Wednesday shared a video meme, where he is seen laughing, in one of the scenes from the trailer. The meme read, ‘Tag that friend who laugh is funnier than the joke’. the actor captioned his post, “#ChintuTyagiKiHasi 🤣🤣 Who's that friend with the squeaky laughter? #Repost @popxodaily .#KartikAaryan #PatiPatniAurWoh #FunnyLaugh.”

While, the Pyaar Ka Punchanama star might have expected some interesting responses by the fans, it was his Luka Chuppi co-star Kriti Sanon, who replied, “Thats you in REAL life! 🤣😂.” (sic). However, Kriti Sanon was not the first person to make the same statement. Kartik replied, “My mom said the same thing.”

Kartik-Kriti equation 

Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon had featured in Luka Chuppi. Though it received mixed reviews from the critics, the comedy got the thumbs up from the audiences.  The movie earned over Rs 90 crore at the domestic box office. The story of the movie revolved around a couple who pretend to live as a married couple, only so that they could live-in together, leading to hilarious situations.

However, after the success of the movie, there were reports of a tiff between Kriti-Kartik, since it was projected that Kartik had walked away with all the praise for the film. Even Kriti had said in an interview that the credit should be shared. However, they were then seen bonding on Twitter when the movie completed 50 days. Kriti was also a part of Kartik’s #LokhandwalaWomenOfTheYear2019 post recently.
