Priyanka Chopra Back To Work Mode After Her Bachelorette, Strikes A Pose With 'The Sky Is Pink' Co-Stars

Global icon Priyanka Chopra has resumed shooting for her upcoming venture 'The Sky Is Pink'. The actress who returned to the country ahead of Diwali revealed that she is currently shooting for the film in the national capital. On Sunday, November 11, she shared a boomerang in her Instagram story where she is seen posing with her co-stars Zaira Wasim and Rohit Saraf. The post which was initially shared by Zaira was re-posted by the 'Quantico' queen.

Directed by National award-winning filmmaker Shonali Bose, 'The Sky Is Pink' marks the return of Priyanka to the Hindi film industry. The film narrates the story of a motivational speaker, Aisha Chaudhary, who was diagnosed with an immune deficiency order, called pulmonary fibrosis, at the age of 13. The biographical drama is scripted by Juhi Chaturvedi and will be jointly produced by RSVP and Roy Kapur Films. Along with Zaira Wasim and Rohit Saraf, the film also stars Farhan Akhtar in the lead. This is Priyanka Chopra's second film with Farhan after Zoya Akhtar's 2015 venture 'Dil Dhadakne Do'. The filming of  'The Sky is Pink' began on August 8, 2018, however, the release date of the film has not been announced yet.

The 'Fashion' actress also has a Hollywood film 'Isn't it Romantic?' lined up for a 2019 release along with Rebel Wilson, Adam DeVine, Liam Hemsworth, and Betty Gilpin. She has also signed another Hollywood project titled 'Cowboy Ninja Viking,' starring Chris Pratt, however, the shoot of the movie has been delayed indefinitely.

Meanwhile, on the personal front, the actress is reportedly all set to tie the knot with beau American vocalist Nick Jonas on December 2, this year at Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. As per media reports, the pair is going to have a typical big fat Indian wedding with around 200 guests in attendance. However, it will reportedly be a private wedding as the pair prefers keeping their personal life out of the limelight. She was recently spotted enjoying her bachelorette in the West with sister Parineeti Chopra and would-be sister-in-law Sophie Turner.
