'Total Punjabi and Desi' Nick Jonas took to his Instagram handle to share his 'hype song' just before his show -- featuring Priyanka Chopra 'Pink Gulabi Sky'. Yes! Just before his show in Vancouver, Nick was seen grooving and head banging on a song from his wife's latest Bollywood film 'The Sky is Pink'. This is not the first time Nick is seen grooving on Bollywood numbers. Earlier too, the 'National Jiju' shared videos listening to 'First Class' from Kalank. Watch the video -
NICK'S LOVE FOR B'WOOD MUSIC
In an interview with a leading supplement, Priyanka Chopra spoke about Nick's love for Hindi music. She said, “He is a complete Punjabi! He listens to Bollywood music before going on stage. He keeps listening to music on a Hindi radio channel. He calls it his ‘hype music’. His dressing room has Bollywood music playing all the time. He just fell in love with India right from the time he visited the country.” In a viral video circulated on social media, Priyanka and Nick were also seen dancing on Hauli Hauli from De De Pyaar De. In an Instagram live Q&A, Nick Jonas revealed his favourite Bollywood songs. Any guesses? Well, Desi Girl (Dostana) and Bom Diggy Diggy (Sonu Ki Titu Ki Sweety).
About The Sky Is Pink
Chopra will be next seen essaying the role of Aditi Chaudhary in her upcoming movie. The Sky is Pink is based on the love story of Aisha Chaudhary’s parents. Aisha, the author of My Little Epiphanies, died due to pulmonary fibrosis the day after her book was released in a literature festival. Zaira Wasim will portray the role of Aisha Chaudhary while Priyanka- Farhan will be seen as her on-screen parents. Directed by Shonali Bose and co-produced by Priyanka Chopra, The Sky is Pink is scheduled to theatrically release on October 11, 2019.
