Muskurane Ke Wajah, the song of the critically acclaimed film Citylights of the year 2014, is vocalised by Arijit Singh. The song features singer Arijit Singh and the lead Rajkummar, who is playing the lead character. The song is picturised on the city of dreams Mumbai. Chal Tu Apna Kaam Kar (Newton)
Rao's 2017 release Newton garnered positive reviews from the critics and audience. The Amit Maruskar directorial had only two soundtracks Panchi Ud Gaya and Chal Tu Apna Kaam Kar. Halka Halka (Fanney Khan)
Though the film was a debacle at the box-office, Rao had his fan moment in the film. The Omerta actor once said in an interview that he longed to work with Aishwarya Rai, and the Anil Kapoor starrer gave him the opportunity to live his dream. Halka Halka was vocalised by Amit Trivedi and Sunidhi Chauhan. The track was hugely appreciated by fans.
On the work front, Rajkummar is gearing up for his next release Made In China. The songs and the trailer of the film are already out. The film also stars Boman Irani, Paresh Rawal, Sumeet Vyas, and Gajraj Rao in pivotal role among others. The film is slated to release on October 25, 2019.
