1) She Debuted At The Age Of 18

Rakul Preet Singh made her film debut at the age of 18. She starred in a Kannada film titled 'Gilli'. The actor was not aware of the scale of the South Indian film industry whilst signing the movie. In her own words, the reason she signed the film was 'to earn a little extra pocket money'.

2) She Won four Sub Titles At Te 'Miss India' Pageant In 2011

Rakul Preet Singh competed in the Miss India Pageant back in 2011. The talented actor ended up winning four subtitles and won many hearts while doing so. Rakul won the 'Miss Fresh Face', 'Miss Talented', 'Miss Beautiful Smile' and 'Miss Beautiful Eyes' respectively. In addition to these, She also won the fan vote of 'Miss India Poll'.

3) She's Done 16 Telugu Films In Four Years

The actor is widely loved by many Telugu film fans. This resulted in a high number of scripts of being offered to Rakul Preet Singh. The actor did not rush in with her movie choices and chose only good scripts. Even after choosing the best scripts, Rakul ended up doing 16 Telugu films in the span of four years. 4) She Mader Her Bollywood Debut In 2014

After becoming a well-known face in the South film industry, Rakul made her debut with 'Yaariyan' back in 2014. The film was also a directorial debut for Divya Kumar. The film was rejected by the critics but embraced by the audience. Rakul Preet Singh's performance was appreciated in the film.

Since 2015, The actor has made a shift into the commercial side of Telugu films. Surender Reddy’s Kick 2, Srinu Vaitla’s Bruce Lee, Sukumar’s Nannaku Prematho, and Boyapati Srinu’s Sarrainodu are some of her commercial Telugu successes. The actor now comfortably dubs her own parts in Telugu films and does not require heavy efforts to deliver lines in Telugu, Tamil and Kannada.

7) She Has Launched A Gym Franchise

Rakul Preet Singh has taken up a gym franchise named 'Functional 45'. She's opened two gyms across Hyderabad, in Gachibowli and Kokapet respectively. The actor is a fitness freak and promotes it wherever possible. She has also launched a gym in Visakhapatnam.
