1. The Zomato controversy

On August 2019, food delivery service company Zomato found itself in a major controversy. A user named Amit Shukla complained on Twitter that he was not willing to have his food delivered by a person who does not belong to his religion. 2. How to spot a paid troll

3. The Fawad Khan controversy

In 2016, Richa Chadha and Fawad Khan attended the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne. During the press conference, Fawad Khan was asked about Pakistan and how his country's culture is different from India's. Richa intervened by talking about the deep divide the two countries grapple with since 1947. Some users took offence to what she said. And Richa gave patiently dealt with the trolls.
