The movie was based on the life of a young man who falls in love with a sex worker. He was forced to overcome the social stigma as well as face the brothel owner and some criminal elements. While Sanjay Dutt and Pooja Bhatt will be returning as Ravi and Pooja in Sadak 2, makers have revealed that their story will be taken forward by Alia Bhatt and Aditya Roy Kapur who are the addition to the franchise. As per media reports, Sadak 2 is scheduled to hit the screens on March 25, next year.
