There has always been a debate on the paparazzi 'crossing the line' as far as the privacy of celebrities is concerned. With the paparazzi culture so prominent nowadays, the shutterbugs often station themselves at the gyms, and even residences of the celebrities. Instances of stars losing their cool on media persons for ‘invasion of privacy’ have been seen before. However, Sara Ali Khan feels that the paparazzi attention is something that is a part and parcel of her profession. She shares that not having that attention from the media persons, could be something 'worrying' too.
When asked about paparazzi spotlight in a recent interview with an entertainment portal, Sara revealed that she has joined the profession less than a year ago, so she was not aware of ‘anything better’. She shared that since this is the world she got into, there was nothing that she could compare this too. Sara shared that the constant presence of paparazzi can get ‘overwhelming’ sometimes. She, however, shared that the ‘climate’ is such that social media and media attention is a ‘big thing’. The Kedarnath star then said that on the ‘reverse’, if she comes out of her gym, and the photographers were not talking her pictures or people would not approach her for selfies, the situation would ‘worry’ her more. She added that the lack of media attention could also be a ‘problem.’
Sara Ali Khan is among the most popular stars, on the paparazzi’s radar. The media persons, without fail, are seen at the actor’s gym to click her, and sometimes ‘track’ her at the airport, dance class, restaurants and even her apartments. The Simmba star is also known to be one of the most courteous towards the media, as she is frequently seen posing for them, smiling and even having a conversation with them.
Professional front
Meanwhile, on the professional front, Sara tasted success with both her films last year, Kedarnath and Simmba. However, she won’t be having any releases this year. But the next year is set to be eventful for her, since she will be seen in two films by the middle of the year. The first will be Imtiaz Ali’s next, the sequel to Love Aaj Kal, opposite Kartik Aaryan and Coolie No 1 remake opposite Varun Dhawan.
