Shahid Kapoor's emotional speech on receiving first Best Actor award

Shahid Kapoor won the Best Actor Award for his film Haider in 2014. Reportedly, Shahid had won the Best Actor award for the first time. The only award that he received before that was the debutant award for his film Ishq Vishk. The award was given to him by Amitabh Bachchan in 2014. A few thank you’s I have not done yet, I saved them for later and that later is tonight. Today one person I want to thank is Madhu Manten, who is standing right here after winning his award for tonight. I don’t know, I don’t know what to say, but it has been eleven years and I have finally followed my heart and I am standing out here so I guess I have finally done something right. His upcoming film Bang Bang Reloaded is currently in the production stage. According to IMDb, Shahid Kapoor will be seen along with Katrina Kaif. The film is directed by Sidharth Anand and is set to release in 2020. The official release date of the film is yet to be unveiled.
