Shraddha Kapoor in an interview with a media portal stated that she is extremely conscious about her diet. The actor stated that she follows a balanced diet to maintain her health and body. She stated that her diet regularly includes grilled vegetables, eggs, fish, and fruit juices. The Baaghi actor also accepted that she loves homemade food. Shraddha further spoke about her exact diet and said that she avoids junk and oily food at all costs. Instead of indulging high fat and unhealthy food, she includes high fibre and high protein food items in her diet. Talking further about maintaining a proper schedule for her meals, she stated that she does not delay her dinner more than 8 PM and hence is under the covers by 11 PM.
