Brother of Bollywood actor Shraddha Kapoor and son of Shakti Kapoor, Siddhanth kick-started his Bollywood career as an assistant director in several films. He worked with the director Priyadarshan for 2006 comedy film Bhagam Bhag, 2007 comedy horror drama Bhool Bhulaiyaa, and 2007 comedy film Dhol. Later on, he starred as an actor in various movies. Satte Pe Satta featured Amitabh Bachchan in the lead role, whereas Shakti Kapoor played one of his six on-screen brothers in the movie. While reports say that superstars Hrithik Roshan will reprise Big B’s role, the War actor denied it. Furthermore, Shakti Kapoor expressed his desire of seeing his son Siddhanth as a part of the film.
