Sonam Kapoor's mother Sunita Kapoor will definitely give you some mid-week motivation with this video where she is seen performing super advanced exercise for spinal mobility on the Pilates Trapeze Table which challenges a person's scapular stability. Radhika Karle, a nutritionist and pilates master trainer, shared a video on her Instagram handle of mother and daughter in the gym. One fan wrote: "Powerful Kapoors". Sonam Kapoor's cousin Veda Bhambhani, shared the video on her Instagram story and wrote: "Sunita Kapoor, Bua what!! Why are you putting us all to shame! Killing it as per the usual." Watch video -

Mother of three kids - Sonam, Rhea and Harshvardhan - Sunita Kapoor has always been the backbone of the family. Recently, when an International portal tagged Sunita Kapoor and Anil Kapoor the best hosts in town, Anil Kapoor replied by saying: "Sunita makes everything better, even healthy food! Anil in an interview spoke about Sunita and said: "She was not one of those wives, she was always working. When we were not dating each other, she was a model. A banker’s daughter, she always supported herself, and never took money from her parents. That’s one of the things I respected a lot. She said ‘When I am going to get married, I will come in just this one outfit. There will not be one single ornament or jewellery, just one salwar kameez or sari, that’s it. Rest we will build ourselves.’
On the Professional front
Sonam was last seen in 'The Zoya Factor', opposite Dulquer Salman and now according to the reports, Sonam Kapoor has been roped in to star in Sujoy Ghosh's next which is a Hindi remake of South Korean film 'Blind'. There's no confirmation on this yet, though.
