The famous Bollywood actor Sunny Leone sets inspiration for everyone by being an influential social worker off-screen. Leone made it to BBC’s 100 Most Influential Women list and with her on this list were four other Indian women, including a 105-year old environmentalist. Sunny's remarkable social work and charities make her maintain a massive fanbase.

Sunny Leone has reportedly made numerous charities for cancer. She is associated with various organizations and trusts. A less-known hobby that Sunny ravishes is that of painting. The actor recently painted an artwork that garnered a lot of admiration on social media. Sunny then went on to selling the art piece for charity to help cancer patients.

Not only does she generously contribute towards cancer treatment and cure, but the actor is also a famous animal activist. Sunny's accolades include the Digital Activism Award by PETA. Sunny marked the commencement of her inc=volvement with PETA for the sole purpose of cat and dog sterilization. But today the actress organizes various campaigns and drives for numerous causes on the grounds of animal welfare. She is a prominent animal-rights supporter. Sunny has also posed boldly for photoshoots to promote cruelty-free fashion.

Sunny encourages Pro-vegetarianism and promotes the adoption of Indian strays instead of buying breeds. She discourages the use of leather and cosmetics that aren't cruelty-free. Sunny was also witnessed posing with husband Daniel Weber for a bold campaign to promote ethical treatment of animals. She puts the squeeze on the need for sterilization of stray animals.

It is reported by various news agencies that Sunny also funds a school in Mumbai for the education of less privileged children. Coming from a Sikh background where it is indispensable to take care of the elderly, Sunny was also reported to have adopted an elderly couple and has been taking care of them financially and otherwise. The actor is also incredibly vocal about social issues.

Sunny also took it to social media to post about the 13-years-old Namra's molestation case and beg people to make donations for the treatment of the rape victim. In her caption, Sunny urged for her followers to fight for Namra. This wasn't the first time the actor stood for a feminist cause. Sunny has been associated with movements to promote women safety and empowerment. At an interview with a news agency, the actress shared that she believes it’s a woman's right to follow her dreams. Sunny does not restrain from speaking boldly about the evils of child pornography. She's taken a firm stand against children being used in sexual content. Sunny has always seen making generous efforts to boost children's education. The actor is not only a loved actor but also a loved mother.
