The story of The Sky Is Pink

The film traces the story of Aditi Chaudhary (Priyanka Chopra) and Niren Chaudhary (Farhan Akhtar). The Sky Is Pink is narrated through the verse of their daughter Aisha Chaudhary (Zaira Wasim). The story is about how the loss of a child affects a marriage. The Sky Is Pink is based on the true story of Aisha Chaudhary. She was a motivational speaker who suffered from a serious condition called pulmonary fibrosis.
