Filmmaker Vikas Bal known for creating films Queen and Super 30, is back with a new project titled Dil Ka Darwaaza Khol Na Darling. The film stars veteran actress Jaya Bachchan, Siddhant Chaturvedi and Wamiqa Gabbi in the lead roles. The shooting for the project has already kick-started. As the makers shared the fun BTS photos, revealing the first look of the stars, netizens got amazed to see Jaya Bachchan singing and laughing.

On Thursday, the makers shared the first official posters of the upcoming feel-good film Dil Ka Darwaaza Khol Na Darling. In the photos, Jaya Bachchan can be seen in a rock n roll mood as she seems to be a part of a music band with Wamiqa Gabbi and Siddhant Chaturvedi. Sharing the first look on social media, the makers wrote, "Unlocking Love and Laughter, 'Dil Ka Darwaaza Khol Na Darling' hitting screens in 2025! Are you ready to turn the key?" 

Wamiqa Gabbi also gave a sneak peek into her BTS diaries from the shoot in Goa. 

Baby John actress took to Instagram Story and shared a picture from the dressing room." #Day 1 #NewBeginnings #Goa," she captioned the post. Details regarding the film's plot have not been disclosed yet. 

The announcement left many moviegoers excited.

However, at the same time, it left some netizens doing double-takes. Some internet users took a hilarious jab at the actress by saying they couldn't believe it was Jaya Bachchan.

Commenting on the photo netizen said, "I had to look twice seeing Jaya Bachchan laughing!." Another penned, "This is so not Jaya Bachchan.” "It can't be her. She and smiling!!! IMPOSSIBLE," exclaimed a netizen. "What, Jaya ji laughing?" wondered another. "What!! JAYA AMITABH BACHCHAN," read another comment.
