In an exclusive chat with Pinkvilla, Tripti Dimri opened up on how her life has completely changed post the release of Animal. The actress shared how she can barely sleep because of how exciting things have been, gauging the film's audience response reflected in the strong box office numbers. Dimri also shared how her phone has been ringing off the hook with people calling to appreciate her short but strong presence in the film. 

She said, "I’ve been getting a lot of love from people which is always special, a beautiful feeling. And yeah, my phone has been constantly ringing, I am getting sleepless nights because you know the excitement of reading the messages it keeps you up all night. So, all is all good. I’m getting a lot of love which is always a good feeling."

Tripti has been making the news owing to the actress' strong chemistry with Ranbir Kapoor. For the unversed, the two share a series of bold scenes which make for a key plot point in the film. Commenting on the actor, she appreciated his commitment to each role coupled with his ability to bring honesty to each performance. 

She said, "He’s just, I feel, someone who's very honest with his performances. Whichever film you watch of his, he’s too good, and that is something I want to crack also as an actor—that whatever you do is good. So, it was amazing."
