Vikas Sethi, known for his roles in Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, died due to cardiac arrest in Nashik, confirms his wife Jhanvi Sethi. His wife told PTI that the actor was keeping unwell and he died due to cardiac arrest on Saturday night in his sleep. They were in the city to attend a family function. The actor was vomiting and had loose motions. Despite his deteriorating health, he didn't want to visit the hospital. “After we reached my mother's house in Nashik, he had vomiting and loose motions. He didn't want to go to the hospital so we asked the doctor to come home. When I went to wake him up at around 6 am in the morning (on Sunday), he was no more. The doctor there told us he passed away last night (on Saturday) in his sleep due to cardiac arrest,” she told PTI.Vikas' mortal remains have been sent for post-mortem to Cooper Hospital in Mumbai, shared Jhnavi. He was last seen in Telugu action drama iSmart Shankar (2019), starring Ram Pothineni in the lead role.
