Vikrant Massey film 12th Fail releases in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam after beating Tejas at box office
The film is based on the book 12th Fail by Anurag Pathak, and based on true story of Manoj Kumar Sharma who overcame extreme poverty to become an IPS Officer.
