Veteran Bollywood actress Dimple Kapadia is celebrating her birthday today. As she turned 62 years old on Saturday, June 8, her daughter actress turned author Twinkle Khanna extended heartfelt greetings for her on social media.

Twinkle, who is loved by many for her wit and wordplay, shared a video her mother's photo shoot on Instagram, where the timeless beauty can be seen flaunting her curls. Addressing her mother as 'the fabulous birthday girl' she captioned the post saying, "The birthday girl is shining bright! Twinkle Khanna and Dimple Kapadia are mother-daughter goals as they are often spotted spending quality time with each other and their family. 

Meanwhile, the veteran actress who has starred in several hit Bollywood ventures like 'Bobby', 'Rudaali', 'Gardish', 'Ram Lakhan','Insaaf', and 'Lekin', is recently roped for ace filmmaker Christopher Nolan's upcoming Hollywood venture 'Tenet'. As the news surfaced, Twinkle congratulated her mother for the achievement. She shared a report stating the same on her Twitter handle hailing her mother. She said that Dimple sets an example that age is not an obstacle in the path of ability and talent.

As per media reports, the shooting of the film is underway. Beside Dimple Kapadia, it also stars Robert Pattinson, John David Washington, Elizabeth Debicki, Michael Caine, Kenneth Branagh, and Aaron Taylor-Johnson in the lead. It is scheduled to hit the theaters on July 17, 2020.
