Bollywood's stand up comedian and writer Abhishek Walia in a long Facebook post accused producers Neeti & Preeti Simones for not paying his dues. He also went on to claim that he was a part of their project Movie Masti but he did not get even a single rupee for his twelve days of work. In an interview with a leading news publication, the writer claimed that he started working for them on a monthly basis, but his stint was cut short and he ended up working for the show for just 10 days. However, after being dropped as a writer, when Walia asked the producers in charge of the money they owed him, they clearly refused. "I asked Neeti about my writing fee for 12 days to which she provided me with the contact of her accountant. Her accountant asked me to send an invoice which I did and then they started to avoid me. Their accountant kept on telling me that 'Neeti ma’am is not in the country and I will transfer the amount once she is back", read a message from the series of screenshots posted by Abhishek on the social media.
