Hailing from the north of England, Amy Jackson entered Indian cinema at the age of 16, becoming a prominent figure in Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, and Kannada films. Reflecting on her early days in the industry, she expressed fondness for the vibrant world she embraced at a young age. She said, "When you’re that young, you embrace it. I fully embraced that world, it was amazing."
However, the actress took a step back from the screen in recent years, attributing her absence partly to the global pandemic and her responsibilities as a parent to a young son. However, she is poised for a comeback, with several projects in the pipeline. The actress currently has two Bollywood films in post-production and another project - a U.S. series - is due to film in Q1 next year.

Known for her roles in films like 2.0, Singh Is Bliing, and Thanga Magan, as well as portraying Saturn Girl in the popular CBS series Supergirl, Jackson shared that her role in Supergirl holds a special place in her heart. While talking about Supergirl, she said, "I am alien-obsessed. I am totally into space and parallel universes…I would love to do more of that for sure."
Amy Jackson also revealed details about her upcoming projects, teasing fans with a glimpse into her diverse roles. In Reliance's sports action film Crakk - Jeetegaa Toh Jiyegaa!, she portrays a Europol agent, starring alongside Vidyut Jammwal, exploring the journey of a man from Mumbai's slums to the world of underground extreme sports.
Additionally, she stars in Mission Chapter I alongside Arjun Vijay, embodying the character of a British guard at London's Wandsworth prison. The film promises high-octane action and an intriguing escape attempt.
